Pros & Cons

Nunda is one of the only towns in southern Livingston County that has a village. Outdoor living is the norm in Nunda, but the village has a few stores and eateries. There are plenty of wide-open spaces for hiking, camping, golf and other outdoor activities. The college town of Geneseo is a quick drive north, and proximity to both Letchworth and Swain Ski Resort are plusses.
